Scheduled Automatic Payments:
If you are planning to pay by scheduled automatic payments, please let us know, preferably when you book your appointment.
Missed appointment:
If you are going to miss your appointment or be late, please let us know at least two hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Failure to do so will unfortunately result in a $20 fee ($40 for a double appointment).
Unpaid Accounts:
At Point-Health, our 'Terms of Business' state that we require payment on the day we see you, at our reception or online.
If you don't pay at the time, you will receive a reminder text or email. After seven days, if you have not engaged in communication to make, or arranged to make, payment of your account, a $10 administration fee will be charged to you.
Unpaid accounts that have not been paid after 30 days past the due date may be referred to a debt collection agency. The account holder is liable for all debt collection costs incurred.
These can range from $30 to over $100.
