ACCOUNTS:
All patients are expected to pay their account in full at the time of their consultation. You can do this at our reception or via online banking. If you are unable to do this, please discuss options with our Practice Manager, Kerri Sharp, before your appointment. More info is available from reception and our website www.point-health.nz
If you don't pay in full at the time of consultation, you will receive a reminder communication via text, email or post.
UNPAID ACCOUNTS:
After seven days, your account will incur a $10 administration fee, if you have not engaged in communication to make, or arranged to make, payment of your account. This includes requests for prescriptions via telephone or portal.
VISITORS & CASUAL PATIENTS:
Visitors and Casual Patients are welcomed, with payment being required before being seen by our Clinicians. Please also check in with reception after being seen, to make sure of no further charges incurred.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS:
If you are going to miss your appointment or be late, please let us know at least two hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Failure to do so, will unfortunately result in a $20 fee being charged ($40 for a double appointment.)
