listenerConsultations are by appointment only. We do however take bookings “on the day” for emergencies only.
You can make your appointment by phoning us on 03 614 7002 between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
This is a particularly busy health centre at times,  so please understand if the receptionist has to place your call on hold while they deal with prior calls.
If you do not get through straight away, please try again.
Please remember that each person needing to see a clinician needs their own appointment.

Appointment slots are generally 15 minutes and booked well in advance.

Taking up the clinician’s time without an appointment, or beyond the 15 minutes allocated has an effect on everyone else that have booked appointments.

If yours is a non-standard consult or you are requiring specific procedures or checks, these should be notified when you make the appointment, as some of these can take longer to process.

For example: Drivers licenses usually take a full 30 minutes and need a double appointment. Likewise, with many minor surgeries, immunisations, insurance medicals, post natal checks, smears, diabetic reviews and immigration checks.

We will always see enrolled patients if it is urgent, although a reminder that if it is an EMERGENCY you should call 111

Even if it is urgent; please phone for an appointment first. Sometimes delays happen. That’s just how it goes. If you have concerns over the waiting time, please discuss this with reception.

Cancelling appointments

If you can’t get to your appointment on time or you change your mind, you must et us know at least 2 hours in advance so we can fill that appointment slot. If you do not give at least 2 hours notice you will be billed $20 for the missed appointment. If you have a double appointment booked and do not attend it and dont give us prior warning a double fee ($40) will be charged.
