We realise that it has been harder to get through to us via the appointment line over the past couple of days, and even harder to leave a message.Β 

It’s our fault and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. We have tried to call back everyone that rang in.

The problem:

As the Covid numbers ramp up, we are obliged to plan and prepare for when it arrives in our community Part of that planning involves having as many of our team as possible working from home (to minimise the risk of transmission among staff) so that we can maintain our services through whatever comes our way. 

The Triage/Appointments nurse is working from home. Unfortunately the phone that we are using does not YET have voicemail setup on it (through no fault of ours – Voicemail was not provided as it should have been when we set it up with our provider) .

We are working on it and hope that the Telco provider is as good as they say and gets it up and running today.
