The purpose of the patient portal is for clients to have easier access to their health information enabling you to be more involved in your healthcare care journey. Appointment times are made to suit you, with a line of communication open between you and the Point-Health Hub.
To use the Patient Portal you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You must be 16 years of age.

Have an email address that’s your own.
Make sure you choose a challenging password, don’t use your birthday or phone number. If you believe that your login ID and password have been breached, change your password and please let Point-Health know immediately.
Internet Security
Whilst MyIndici (on our behalf) take all possible precautions to ensure the safety of the patient portal, we (The Pleasant Point Health Centre) accept no responsibility or liability should your computer system or device be affected by any adverse mechanisms such as viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference.
We reserve the right to remove any communications we deem inappropriate from the portal without prior notice or consultation. We also reserve the right and absolute discretion, to terminate any user to use this site, without notice.
The Small Print…
By registering with the patient portal, you are agreeing to indemnify us, our directors, clinicians, agents and employees and to keep us indemnified concerning any cost (including all legal costs), expense, liability, loss, compensation, damages, fines and penalties that we or any of our directors, clinicians, agents and employees may incur or suffer directly or indirectly as a result of your breaching this provision.
This indemnity survives any termination of your access to our site, which would automatically terminate the contract embodied in these Terms.
