1. If you have already signed up for MyIndici, select the “BOOK NOW” button.
2. To sign up or join the Indici patient portal for the Pleasant Point Health Centre ring the practice on 03 6157002 select option 3 and ask to be registered for the patient portal.

You will be prompted to confirm a few pieces of information, but then you will soon be able to directly access your test results, book appointments and request repeat prescriptions.
